Since the recent news about an update to OnePlaybook, that update has arrived.  Now, coaches can enjoy an even more streamlined Internet application for their playbooks.  In addition, prices have been reduced and accounts can now have an unlimited number of videos, plays, documents, announcements, you name it.  The video quality has also been increased for the new account packages, and a coach no longer has to convert video on their computer.  Instead, the conversion is done all online for them, eliminating another step and letting the coach get back to coaching.

We’ve also added a special walk-through that will help coaches quickly get familiar with OnePlaybook and the tools they have at their disposal so those sports coaches can take full advantage of everything OnePlaybook has to offer for their teams.  After communicating with individual coaches, ease of use is a big concern, and we want to address that in any way possible.

Other big news includes the introduction of our new 15-day trial period.  This will give athletic coaches a chance to test OnePlaybook for themselves without any risk whatsoever.  So, for any coach who isn’t using our Internet playbook, come check out the trial version, we know you’ll be happy.

Upcoming Changes

There are going to be some major changes to OnePlaybook very soon and many of those changes have to do with the account structures.  Because of this, every current team will be able to continue using their old package, or may choose to change to one of the new packages.  In effect, if they choose to be, they are “grandfathered” in with their old package.

One of those changes is that the limited-time free account will not be available for new sign-ons.  Trial accounts will be made available; however, the free accounts as they currently stand will no longer be available for new teams.

When the changes do take place, we will be able to provide you with concrete details of the changes and what they mean.

We’ve been getting some great feedback from coaches about what they want to see in OnePlaybook, and there are always more people to hear from.  So, use our contact form and let us know what you’re looking for.  What would make your life easier and what do you need?

Since OnePlaybook was recently covered in an ABC News article about football and technology, we’ve had some new sign ups, putting us over 250 teams, and we would love to hear from those new teams as well.  The article is a good read and features quotes from Kevin Morris of UMass, a user of OnePlaybook, and Brian Manning, our president, so we definitely recommend it.

How can OnePlaybook help you?  Let us know!
